With picture-perfect weather overhead and the stunning fairways and greens of The Legacy Club laid out before them, more than 100 golfers hit the links in late April to have fun and raise funds for the Orlando Senior Help Desk, a free referral and advice resource provided by Jewish Pavilion Senior Services (JPSS).

The Annual Charity Golf Tournament was a swinging success bringing players, sponsors, and other supporters together for a full day of camaraderie and charity. This year’s tournament honoree was Bob Yarmuth, director and chairman of Sonny’s BBQ and longtime supporter of the Central Florida Jewish community. Generous donors provided enough raffle prizes to make sure every golfer went home a winner, and players enjoyed snacks and treats in the morning and a full lunch in the clubhouse when the golfing was done.

Every dollar raised ensured the Orlando Senior Help Desk continues to be one free phone call or internet search away to help older adults and their families navigate the entire senior journey.
